THE DEVELOPMENT OF CLEAN COAL FLOTATION TECHNOLOGY

1. From the perspective of mineral kinds, A. dealing with sulfide ores in the 1930s; B. dealing with coal, graphite and fluorite in the 1940s; C. dealing with various silicate mine, iron ore and cassiterite in the 1950s; D. dealing with various fine minerals (such as coal slime) in the 1960s.

The development of slime separation technology has a direct impact on the development prospects of coal preparation industry. The characteristics of China's coal resources are developing towards the direction of "poor, fine, miscellaneous and difficult" everyday. Evaluates the development direction of flotation technology According to the characteristics of China's mineral resources, and finds out the advanced technology to gradually improve the development of mining industry, so as to meet the requirements of product quality, ecological environment protection, energy consumption standards, and adapt to market conditions and external restricting factors. In the future, the development of flotation technology should pay special attention to the following points:


1. The research and development of flotation technology has always been based on energy saving, consumption reduction, high efficiency and environmental protection. In view of the different properties of coal, a new coal preparation process is adopted to clean coal, which improves the separation efficiency and reduces the flotation cost.


2. The research and development of new flotation technology has opened up a new research field for flotation from the methodological point of view. Flotation process has the characteristics of interdisciplinary. It is necessary to further strengthen the study of solution chemistry, biochemistry and other related disciplines, promote the infiltration and complementarity between disciplines, and broaden the research field of flotation methods.

3. The research of new flotation reagents is gradually developing towards a more environmentally friendly and efficient direction, focusing on the research of reagent mechanism, and establishing a good reagent management system.


4. For the whole flotation industry, it is of great practical significance to study the design method of non-linear separation process coupled with the characteristics of material separation process. With the increasing desire for mineral resources, optimizing mineral processing technology and designing a non-linear separation process coupled with mineral processing process will become the development direction of mineral separation in the future.
