Jinhuangzhuang Mine is located in Liutao town ,Xiao county,Suzhou city,Anhui province,at the northwest of Huaibei coalfield. The mine is invested and constructed by XinWen Mining group and Nanjing Steel group,with mineable reserves of 26.6 millions tons,and 4 layers of mineable coal seams,of which the B2,C1 coal seam of Shanxi group are the main mineable coal seams. In addition the mineable reserve of Haozhuang well field are 20.54 million tons, the mine reserves are abundant.The coal type is good, and is low sulfur and phosphorus medium ash coal, which is the main coking coal in short supply in the market, and has high economic value.

The Mine coal preparation plant adopts dense medium separation and dense medium cyclone separation technology, wherein the flotation process adopts a flotation column. During the operation of the coal preparation plant, they have used kind of flotation chemicals from many companies ,reported that the clean coal ash reached 20%, the tailings ash was 40%, the clean coal recovery rate was very low, the consumption of reagent was large, and the sorting effect was very poor. The mine has used our company's auxiliary agent (YDMC-HF) since 2013, and the using effect is stable. The production data are as follows:

Through the application of our company's auxiliary agent, the slime sorting effect is optimized, the clean coal recovery rate is improved, and the production benefit of the mine is effectively guaranteed. In the production process of the mine washed foreign coal,according to different situations of coal quality, the technicist of our company have carried out technical communication with the coal preparation plant:

Timely adjusting the reagent dosage ratio,install defoaming device for flotation column,and using pulp reforming machine matching with flotation column etc. Under the premise of ensuring the washing amount , the phenomenon of flotation concentrate barrel overflow was solved effectively, and the feeding time of clean coal filter press was shortened greatly, improved the use ratio of equipment, and also improved the recovery rate of cleaned coal, which have effectively guaranteed the production efficiency of the mine.
